FEE SCHEDULE

·       For each (1) hour of coaching, the fee is $75.00 per hour – payable by the half (1/2) hour at the time service is rendered. Sessions are held in your home or at a place designated by and convenient to you

·       For each half (1/2) hour or part there of, of phone or e-coaching (the client incurring the long distance charges to 317 297 4949  the fee is $30.00 per half hour - payable by the half-hour at the time an invoice is rendered.

·       The standard meeting fee will be billed for appointments scheduled and not kept without 24hrs. notice.

·       Unless we are scheduled to be in your area, travel over one (1) hour or 50 miles from the Indianapolis IN office will be billed at a rate of $30.00 per hour. Other travel expenses (i.e.: airfare, hotel, meals, and etc.) will be reimbursed as per advance agreement.

·       All materials (books, CDs, etc.) purchased and used for instructional purposes will be reimbursed at cost.
